Acceptable Use Policy
All
Resellers and their customers are expected to fully comply
with all terms and conditions of the ModelServ Acceptable
Use Policy. Failure to do so may result in immediate disablement
and/or termination of your accounts.
ModelServ Hosting
Credit Card Billing Authorization
Agreement
We are determined to prevent fraudulent credit card use.
Hence, we require all of our Resellers billed by credit
card to return to us an original signed copy of the Credit
Card Billing Authorization Agreement. If you are planning
on using a credit card as payment for services, please review
this document carefully.
ModelServ Hosting
Reseller Agreement
We
require all of our Resellers to submit and comply by the
ModelServ Reseller
Agreement. This Agreements specifically details and outline
the Scope of
Reseller Services, Payment Terms, Representations and Warranties,
Terms of
Use, and other important information. As a new Reseller,
you will be
required to return to us an original signed copy of this
Agreements, so you
should review them carefully.
